This snap flange has a cover that easily snaps over the mounting flange dimples to hide the screws. The concealed mounting flange has an outer diameter of 3-1/8″ (79 mm), comes with 2 screw holes and 3 locking dimples. It's made of 1/8″ (3 mm) thick type 304 stainless steel. The cover, also crafted from type 304 stainless steel, has a satin finish, is 22 gauge, and has a diameter of 3-3/16″ (81 mm). It's a left-hand smooth snap flange with dimensions of 48' x 24” x 32”.
Using this snap flange is easy. First, position it where you need it. Then, use the 2 screw holes to secure it in place. The cover can be snapped on easily over the dimples to hide the screws. When handling the flange, be careful not to scratch the satin finish of the cover. For maintenance, clean it regularly with a mild stainless - steel cleaner to keep it looking good and prevent corrosion. Avoid using abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
