The Easy Comply Vertical Extension is ingeniously designed, taking into account the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design Section 307.2 Protrusion Limits and the NFPA-101 4″ Projecting Object Rules. This versatile extension can be effortlessly mounted on almost any surface, such as walls and structural columns, without the hassle of framing, patching, or painting. It enables any object that projects more than 4″ from the mounting surface to meet various projecting object limitations. It provides a 4″ extension from 27″ off the floor up to the bottom of the desired object. The living hinge design is a great safety feature. If the extension gets bumped, it can rotate 90 degrees in either direction and always safely return to the center. Installation is a breeze. First, mark the spot for mounting. Then, peel off the protective covering from the adhesive on the back. Firmly press the extension onto the surface using the adhesive. For a more secure mount, you can drill 4 holes and use 4 screws to attach it.

Using the Easy Comply Vertical Extension is simple. First, find a suitable spot on a wall or structural column where you want to mount it and mark that place. Next, peel the protective covering off the adhesive on the back of the extension. Press the extension firmly against the surface. If you want it to be extra secure, you can drill 4 holes and use 4 screws to attach it. When using, remember that if the extension gets bumped, it can rotate 90 degrees but will return to the center on its own. There's no need to worry about it getting damaged easily. For maintenance, just clean it with a soft, damp cloth from time to time to keep it looking good and functioning well.
