It can be easily mounted on various surfaces like walls and structural columns without framing, patching, or painting. This extension provides a 4″ extension from 27″ off the floor up to the bottom of the object, helping any item that projects more than 4″ off the mounting surface comply with projecting object limitations. Its living hinge design enables it to rotate 90 degrees in either direction when bumped and then safely return to the center. Installation is a breeze. First, mark the mounting spot. Then, peel off the protective covering of the adhesive on the back. Press the extension firmly onto the surface. For a more secure fit, you can drill 4 holes and use 4 screws to affix it.
