36-Inch Grab Bars

The ASI 3701-36P is a straight commercial grab bar. It has a diameter of 1-1/4 inches and a length of 36 inches. The bar features a peened surface for a better grip. Crafted from 18-gauge stainless steel tubing, it has an appealing satin finish. This finish not only reduces fingerprints but also gives the bar an attractive shine. At each end of the grab bar, there's a 3-1/8 inch diameter flange. These flanges are made of 1/8 inch thick type-304 stainless steel and are securely welded to the tubing using herliarc welding. The grab bar comes with a pair of snap-on flange covers made of 22-gauge type-304 stainless steel. Measuring 3-3/16 inches in diameter, these covers slide down and snap over the flanges after installation. Their tight fit hides the mounting hardware, protecting the grab bar from tampering and vandalism.

Using your ASI 3701-36P grab bar is easy. Just hold onto it firmly when you need support, like getting in and out of the bathtub or using the toilet. When installing, make sure the flange covers snap securely over the flanges to protect the mounting hardware. As for maintenance, wipe it down regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
