The ASI 20458 Waste Bin is designed to match other products in the ASI Roval collection. It's a semi-recessed waste disposal option for commercial restrooms. This unit needs a rough opening of 15-3/4 inches wide, 26 inches high, and 3-15/16 inches deep. Once installed, it extends 4-15/16 inches from the wall and can hold up to 11.2 gallons of waste. The bin part is made of type-304, 20-gauge stainless steel, while the frame and cabinet are crafted from type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel. To stop theft, the bin locks into the cabinet and can only be removed with the included tumbler lock and key. The edges are hemmed to prevent injuries. Inside, there are plastic hooks for reusable vinyl liners, which keep the unit clean and make waste emptying a breeze. All exposed surfaces have a shiny No. 4 satin finish.
Using this waste bin is easy. First, make sure you have the correct rough opening in the wall as specified. Install the unit, and it will extend a bit from the wall. You can use the included key to open the tumbler lock and access the bin for emptying. Place reusable vinyl liners on the plastic hooks inside to keep the bin clean. When emptying, simply remove the liner with the waste. As for maintenance, wipe the shiny No. 4 satin - finished surfaces regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could scratch the stainless - steel. Keep the key in a safe place to prevent unauthorized access to the bin.
