This sanitizing station is crafted from 1/2″ solid plastic (HDPE) with a red exterior and a white core, boasting antimicrobial properties. It's a freestanding unit, offering convenient placement wherever needed and easy mobility. All edges and corners are rounded for safety, and the bottom has rubber feet to prevent slipping. The back door is secured with a keyed lock, providing access to the dispenser components. The station comes fully assembled, and the included 0390 - HSD hand sanitizer dispenser is to be mounted on - site.
The 0390 - HSD Gel Hand Sanitizer Dispenser features touchless operation. When the sensor under the dispenser is activated, a single shot of gel hand sanitizer is automatically dispensed by a battery or AC - powered mechanism. It has a polished chrome finish on all exposed surfaces and a capacity of 1.6 Gal (6L).
For proper usage, only gel hand sanitizer with a viscosity range of 3.5k – 6.5k mPa·s or cP and a pH range of 5.5 ~ 8.5 can be used. There are two versions: the FS - 0500A is battery - powered, while the FS - 0500AC is AC - powered.
Using this hand sanitizing station is a breeze. First, make sure you've got the right gel hand sanitizer. It should have a viscosity between 3.5k and 6.5k mPa·s or cP and a pH between 5.5 and 8.5. Once you've filled the dispenser, you're all set. Just wave your hand under the sensor, and it'll automatically dispense a single shot of sanitizer.
When it comes to placement, since it's a freestanding unit, you can put it anywhere you need it. Just make sure the rubber feet on the bottom are in contact with the surface to prevent it from sliding around.
For safety, always keep the key for the back door in a safe place. This door gives you access to the dispenser components.
