The dispenser has a hemmed opening to stop towels from getting snagged. There's a rolled finger hole in the waste bin for easy handling.

Using this product is easy. First, for installing, make sure you have a rough opening of 12 3/4 inches wide, 26 1/2 inches high, and 4 inches deep. Install it with the 2 - inch collar provided.
