Using this Bobrick B-30919 unit is a breeze. First, install it on the side wall of the toilet compartment as per the mounting instructions. For the toilet tissue dispenser on the left side, simply load the toilet paper on the spindles. When you need to use a seat cover, take one from the seat-cover dispenser which can hold up to 500 covers. After using the toilet, you can dispose of sanitary items in the waste disposal. Remember, the waste receptacle has a capacity of 0.4 gallons (1.5 liters), so empty it regularly to avoid overflow. As for maintenance, wipe the satin-finish stainless steel surfaces with a soft, damp cloth occasionally to keep it looking clean and shiny. Make sure to use a mild cleaner if there are stubborn stains. Also, check the tumbler lock and hinges periodically to ensure they are working properly.
