ASI 3932 Kit for Installing thru 1/2 Thick Partitions (1 Per Flange)

This anchor kit is designed for 1/2-inch (13mm) thick partition-mounted grab bars. It features snap-on flange covers and is crafted from 18-8 stainless steel, type 304. The 3-inch (76mm) diameter plate, 1/8-inch (3mm) thick, comes with two welded 1/4-20 posts. The exposed side of the plate has a smooth No 4 satin finish. The kit includes one plate and two 1/4-20 x 1/2-inch long Phillips pan head machine screws. For each flange, specify one kit. Ideal for ensuring a secure and durable installation of grab bars in various settings.

Using this ASI 3932 installation kit is easy. First, make sure the 1/2 - inch thick partition where you'll install the grab bar is clean and flat. Take the plate from the kit and align it with the pre - drilled holes on the partition. Then, use the two Phillips pan head machine screws provided to secure the plate firmly. After that, you can attach the grab bar to the posts on the plate. When handling the kit, be careful with the sharp edges of the plate. To maintain the kit, clean it regularly with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can damage the No 4 satin finish on the plate. Store the kit in a dry place to prevent rusting.
