At both ends and the center, there are 3-1/8-inch diameter flanges made of 1/8-inch thick type-304 stainless steel, securely welded to the tubing. It comes with three snap-on flange covers made of type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel. Measuring 3-3/16 inches in diameter, these covers slide down and snap over the flanges after installation. Their secure fit hides the mounting hardware, protecting the bar from tampering and vandalism.
