This 36-inch (914mm) long grab bar has a 1-5/16-inch (33mm) diameter. It's made of 1-inch (25mm) zinc-plated tubing with an antimicrobial vinyl coating. The grab bar features two reinforced flanges that can withstand 1102 pounds (500 kg) of force when properly installed. The concealed mounting flange is made of polyamide 6 - fiberglass reinforced nylon with a glossy finish and has screw holes for concealed anchors. The cover, also made of the same material with a glossy finish, is 1/8-inch (3.2mm) thick and 3-1/4 inches (83mm) in diameter. It easily snaps over the mounting flange to hide the screws.
Using this grab bar is simple. Just have it properly installed on a stable surface where you need support. Make sure the two reinforced flanges are firmly attached to withstand up to 1102 pounds of force. When using it, hold it firmly for support.
