Product Description

The ASI 1003 waste receptacle is a great solution for commercial restrooms. Instead of mounting a wall - hanging bin or buying a freestanding trash can, this unit is easily installed into the countertop opening in your sink area. It's suitable for countertops with a thickness ranging from 1/2 inch to 4 inches and needs a rough opening of 8 - 3/4 inches by 12 - 1/2 inches. The access door, made of type - 304, 18 - gauge stainless steel, pivots down when pressure is applied to take in trash. Along with the receptacle, there's a waste container crafted from type - 304, 22 - gauge stainless steel. It can hold up to 28 liters of waste and is corrosion - resistant. Positioned beneath the countertop unit, it's separate from the access door and efficiently catches trash.

Using the ASI 1003 waste receptacle is easy. Just press down on the access door, and you can throw your trash into the container below. Make sure your countertop has a rough opening of 8 - 3/4 inches by 12 - 1/2 inches and a thickness between 1/2 inch and 4 inches before installation. When it comes to maintenance, since the waste container and access door are made of stainless steel, you can simply wipe them clean with a mild cleaner. Avoid using abrasive materials that might scratch the surface. If the container is full, take it out, empty the trash, and put it back in place. This will keep your commercial restroom clean and the receptacle working well.
