This snap flange features a cover that easily snaps over the mounting flange dimples, neatly hiding the screws. The concealed mounting flange has an outer diameter of 3-1/8″ (79 mm), comes with 2 screw holes and 3 locking dimples. It's crafted from 1/8″ (3 mm) thick type 304 stainless steel. The cover, also made of type 304 stainless steel, has a satin finish, is 22 gauge, and has a diameter of 3-3/16″ (81 mm). It's a 1-1/2″ O.D smooth snap flange, sized at 48' x 24” x 32” and is right-hand oriented.
Using this snap flange is easy. First, make sure the surface where you're mounting it is clean and flat. Align the mounting flange with the desired location and use the 2 screw holes to secure it in place. Then, simply snap the cover over the dimples on the mounting flange. When handling the flange, be careful not to scratch the satin finish on the cover. To maintain it, you can wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth regularly. If there are any stubborn stains, you can use a mild stainless - steel cleaner. Avoid using abrasive materials as they can damage the surface of the flange and cover.
