The ASI 3402-52 is a straight grab bar with a 1-1/4-inch diameter. It's 52 inches long and strengthened by an intermediate support, featuring a smooth finish. Crafted from 18-gauge stainless steel tubing with an appealing satin finish, it reduces fingerprints while maintaining an attractive shine. There are 3-inch diameter flanges at both ends and the center. Each flange, made of type-304 stainless steel, is securely herliarc welded to the tubing. Inside each flange, there are three 7/32-inch diameter countersunk, predrilled holes, designed for No. 10 self-tapping or oval head mounting screws (not included). Holes are placed about every 120 degrees for a secure installation. Once mounted, the hardware is fully exposed. This grab bar meets or exceeds all ADA requirements.

Using this grab bar is easy. First, choose a suitable location on the wall where you need support. Then, align the flanges of the grab bar with the wall and use the predrilled holes to mark the spots for installation. Next, insert the No. 10 self - tapping or oval head mounting screws (you'll need to get these separately) into the holes and tighten them securely. Make sure the grab bar is firmly attached to the wall. As for maintenance, simply wipe it with a soft cloth regularly to keep the satin finish clean and free from fingerprints. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they might damage the finish. Also, check the screws periodically to ensure they are still tight. If you notice any signs of looseness, tighten the screws right away.
