Product Description

The ASI 1201-B shower curtain rod, made of type-304, 18-8 alloy, 18-gauge stainless steel tubing, is a rounded and durable addition to your bathroom. Measuring 60 inches long, it's designed to be installed between opposite walls. With a beautiful satin finish, water splashes are less visible on its surface. This 1-inch diameter rod pairs well with ASI 1200-SHU shower hooks and the ASI 1200-V shower curtain. The mounting flanges at both ends have countersunk holes for #10, 2-inch sheet metal screws (sold separately). These flanges are made of rust-proof Zamac with a chrome finish. Its surface-mounted design allows for easy installation on various hard shower surfaces like plaster, tile, masonry, and drywall.

Using your ASI 1201-B shower curtain rod is easy. First, find the right spot between the opposite walls in your shower where you want to install it. Make sure the surface is clean and dry. You'll need to buy #10, 2 - inch sheet metal screws separately and use them to attach the mounting flanges to the wall. Once the flanges are in place, simply slide the curtain rod into the flanges. Then you can hang your ASI 1200 - SHU shower hooks and the ASI 1200 - V shower curtain on it. When it comes to maintenance, wipe the rod with a soft, damp cloth regularly to keep it looking great. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can scratch the satin finish. If there are any water splashes, just dry them off quickly to prevent water spots. Also, check the screws and mounting flanges from time to time to make sure they're tight and secure.
