The ASI 3801-16P is a straight grab bar with a 1.5-inch diameter. It's 12 inches long and has a peened surface for a better grip. Crafted from 18-gauge stainless steel tubing with a nice satin finish, it reduces fingerprints while looking shiny. At each end, there's a 3.125-inch diameter flange made of 1/8-inch thick type-304 stainless steel, welded securely to the tubing. The grab bar comes with snap-on flange covers made of type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel. Measuring 3.1875 inches in diameter, these covers easily slide down and snap over the flange after installation, hiding the hardware and protecting against tampering and vandalism.

Using the ASI 3801 - 16P grab bar is easy. Just hold onto it firmly for support when you need it, like getting in or out of the bathtub. When installing, make sure the flange covers snap on tightly to hide the mounting hardware. As for maintenance, wipe it down with a soft, damp cloth regularly to keep the satin finish looking good.
